Welcome to our little home on the web! Let me take a moment to introduce you to the wonderful little family living in the big orange house.

Meet The Cabrera Family

First off, I'm Jenny and you can call me Mom. Most people do. Although my husband won't often admit it, I'm the ringleader of this circus. Other job titles include, but are not limited to:

• nurse
• maid
• referee
• tutor
• gadget extraordinaire
• guidance counselor
• disciplinarian
• and full time pancreas to my youngest son

I'm a full time stay-at-home mom, part time volunteer, part time diabetes activist. I love all things beauty, books, coupons, shopping/fashion, home decor, etc...

Second, is my husband Chris otherwise known as Dad. He's the breadwinner of our family and the love of my life. He works long hours at his job as a computer engineer but, when he is home, he is all about his family.

Then, there's my kiddos.
Trenton, who is 10, is in the 5th grade this year. He loves skateboarding, playing video games, art, and anything else a normal 10 year old boy loves. He is the calm in the family. Never gets too upset or stressed out and always love cheering people up.

Craig, who is 9, is in the 3rd grade this year. He loves hexbugs, Pi and all mathematics, YouTube, and various other things. He was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic on March 23rd, 2011 a week after he turned 7. He is very open about his condition and hopes to educate others about the risks and side effects.
